I've made a mistake with my order - can I change it?

If you have made a mistake with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If we can we will intercept the order. However, if the product has already gone into production, unfortunately it will be too late to change your order.

Will you make corrections if I make a spelling mistake?

As every order is processed by a human, there is a good chance that if there is an obvious spelling or other error, we will notice it. In this case, we will do our best to contact the customer and confirm whether it should be corrected. However, entering correct personalisation is ultimately the responsibility of the customer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Due to the extra time required for personalising the products, they may take a little longer to get to you than other products. Delivery periods will depend on which delivery option you select, but can vary from between 3 - 14 business days.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Due to the extra processing time involved in personalisation, we are not able to offer next day delivery.

What are your shipping charges?

My order has arrived broken!

If your order has been damaged in transit, then please take a photograph and email it to us, along with enough details that we can identify your order and link it to you. Please also state whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. As soon as we have this information we will process your request asap.

How do I get a refund?

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do all in our power to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
