I've made a mistake with my order - can I change it?
If you have made a mistake with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If we can we will intercept the order.
Will you make corrections if I make a spelling mistake?
As every order is processed by a human, there is a good chance that if there is an obvious spelling or other error, we will notice it.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Due to the extra processing time involved in personalisation, we are not able to offer next day delivery.
What are your shipping charges?
My order has arrived broken!
If your order has been damaged in transit, then please take a photograph and email it to us, along with enough details that we can identify your order and link it to you. Please also state whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.
How do I get a refund?
